An invisible heart of beta5ai has been reworked - investment model, AI model and even data.
The latter has been reinforced by geographical coordinates of football venues - we found that our models work sharper if they know where teams play on the world map, how far are their home venues located from each other and how far do they travel to play.
We also found that our models work sufficiently better, if to collect an optimal set of factors affecting exact betting markets - for instance, knowing team power ratings is crucial for Over/Under market based on sum of goals, while that information practically does not affect Handicaps based on goal difference.
We adjusted targets of our tests, resulting in improved yield of all game predictions, not just the best one.
Finally, we worked on combining log-optimal investment model (also known as Kelly factor) and our proprietary risk-based approach based on mathematics of Random Walk processes.
